Great Place!!!
This place is the real deal. Courtney and Morgan are miracle workers when it comes to injuries and building more strength. They consistently check in on me to make sure I feel ok after our sessions. Both of them are so kind and knowledgeable and I can really tell they are happy doing what they do, which is so important. I have also run into other instructors while there, and they are kind and welcoming, too! I am so glad I found this Pilates studio!
I love this studio. I have been practicing Pilates for about 8 years off and on. I became consistent about 2 years ago when I found Pilates & Co. Courtney and her team are extremely knowledgeable and I’m so grateful to have found them. They quickly assessed my weaknesses and I have seen so much growth in my muscle tone as well as body structure. I highly recommended Pilates & Co. if you are looking for the real deal with a personal touch.
I highly recommend this studio ! Quality and experienced Pilates instruction that is tailored to your individual level and personal goals ! And more importantly, they give all of this in a beautiful, clean , kind and welcoming space !
I had never done Pilates in my life when I started with Pilates&Co. two years ago. Once or twice per week consistently for two years and the results are nothing short of amazing! I was in the military for 32 years and didn’t get this kind of result from hour long sessions five days per week! What kind of strange magic is this? Ultra concentrated, targeted practices led by an experienced trainer like Courtney, have given me a tremendous boost in my health in my 50s. I highly recommend this studio!

She takes the time to understand your goals and guides you through each movement with clarity and encouragement. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and has such a positive energy. Every session leaves me feeling stronger, more aligned, and motivated to come back. I have been attending for 3 weeks and I can see and feel the difference. Davonna the instructor is Phenomenal! She takes her time and guides you through each step. If you are looking for a new Pilates spot this is where it's at!!!
