More than Just Instructors – We’re Dedicated to You
Courtney Mathias
Founder | Master Instructor
Originally from Upstate New York, Courtney’s background in dance sparked a lifelong passion for movement, fitness, and human performance. After teaching professionally in the United States and internationally as a dance and fitness instructor in the United Arab Emirates, she relocated to Arizona, where she discovered Pilates and found her true calling.
Recognizing the powerful connection between Pilates, biomechanics, and rehabilitation, Courtney began her Pilates career in 2012. She completed the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Program, the Pilates Sports Center Comprehensive Certification, and became a Master Instructor through the Southwest Institute of Pilates.
Since then, Courtney has built her career around helping clients move better, recover stronger, and perform at their highest level. She specializes in biomechanics, corrective exercise, post-injury rehabilitation, mobility training, and working with special populations, creating individualized programs that restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall movement quality.
Her expertise has earned the trust of professional athletes, including NFL players Saquon Barkley, Isaiah Hodgins, and Isaiah Dunn, whom she has trained during their off-seasons to optimize movement mechanics, support injury recovery, improve mobility, and enhance performance. Whether working with elite athletes, individuals recovering from injury, or clients seeking to improve everyday movement, Courtney applies the same detailed, biomechanical approach to every session.
Courtney is passionate about empowering people through movement. She believes understanding how the body functions is the foundation for lasting strength, resilience, and longevity. Helping clients regain confidence, improve alignment, overcome physical limitations, and achieve goals they once thought impossible continues to fuel her passion every day.
Morgan Tannenbaum
Pilates Instructor
Morgan discovered the benefits and passion for Pilates at the early age of 14 to compliment her dance training.
After finishing her bachelors degree in dance education specializing in kinesiology, Morgan traveled to Chicago receiving her STOTT Pilates certification.
Her certification accompanied with training in Injuries and Special Populations provided her the appropriate tools to support wide range physical needs. Morgan’s love of learning led her to continued training in 2014, where she completed BASI Pilates training on all apparatus. Morgan’s goal in life is to support people with their posture, fitness, or movement goals insuring they incorporate the teachings of their Pilates sessions into their everyday life.
