Courtney Mathias

Founder | Master Instructor

Born and raised in Upstate NY Courtney found her passion for dance, dance choreography and fitness.

With over 10 years of experience teaching and competing in NYC and Texas she utilized her talents traveling abroad, landing a dance and Fitness instructor position at a music and art school in the United Arab Emirates.

Upon her return to the US, she relocated to Arizona. It is here that she found her love and passion for Pilates. Pilates being closely related to dance, with its technicality, precision, integrity, and biomechanics, it became a natural, perfect fit and profession.

In 2012, she started her Pilates career, completing the BASI Comprehensive Training Program then continuing her education completing the Pilates Sports Center comprehensive training program / certification and then continuing even further to become a Southwest Institute of Pilates certified Master Instructor.

Now excelling far beyond training the traditional client and currently helping Professional NFL players on their off seasons, specializing in corrective exercise, post injury, exercise rehabilitation, and mobility training continues to bring fulfillment and joy to her life.

Working together with her clientele to meet their goals and then witnessing the progress of increased strength, improved body image, and alignment fuels her purpose and passion everyday.

Morgan Tannenbaum

Pilates Instructor

Morgan discovered the benefits and passion for Pilates at the early age of 14 to compliment her dance training.

After finishing her  bachelors degree in dance education specializing in kinesiology, Morgan traveled to Chicago receiving her STOTT Pilates certification.

Her certification accompanied with training in Injuries and Special Populations provided her the appropriate tools to support wide range physical needs. Morgan’s love of learning led her to continued training in 2014, where she completed BASI Pilates training on all apparatus. Morgan’s goal in life is to support people with their posture, fitness, or movement goals insuring they incorporate the teachings of their Pilates sessions into their everyday life.
