Here at Pilates & CO we strive to give the best Pilates training in the valley. We use a contemporary approach which incorporates the classical Pilates Method with the modern Science of Biomechanics and Functional Range conditioning.
When combining these approaches it ultimately becomes an exercise trifecta that will lengthen and strengthen your muscular system, correct poor posture, build core control, correct muscular imbalances, and increase joint mobility & flexibility.
If you have pain from faulty body alignment… well that can be reduced or totally eliminated. Pilates & co literally has your back and a tone bod is just a bonus of practicing Pilates!
