Semi-Private Sessions (Max 2)
Have a partner in crime you like to work out with? Or do you
want to take you Pilates practice or fitness game to the next level? Semi Privates
utilize all Pilates equipment and props under advanced instruction geared towards
your needs and wants.
Small Group Reformer Classes (Max 3)
A full body sculpting class designed to strengthen & lengthen your muscles, target your core and push you to your personal limits.
A combination of Contemporary / Traditional Pilates with just the right amount of intensity leaving you feeling stronger and ready to conquer the rest of your day!
